Alli Baskerville is fighting a certain type of brain cancer called PNET.
She was diagnosed while pregnant with her second child. She was experiencing migraines and blurry vision, so she made a trip to the ER on April 4th.
Her life changed drastically that day. She underwent surgery while still pregnant to have the brain tumor removed, but they were unable to get all of it. Her doctors then decided to wait to til she was far enough along in the pregnancy to deliver safely before starting chemotherapy.
At 33 weeks, a healthy baby Tatum was born June 4th.
Her treatments started the next day.
After completing the first week of chemo, the MRI showed that the tumor had grown and her second surgery took place June 12th. She will continue with chemotherapy after recovery from the surgery as well.
She is unable to work, and this event is to help them with everyday bills and expenses from the many hospital and doctors visits that she has had and will continue to have. A big thanks to anyone who participates! We really appreciate it!
